Let's share the love!
Hello, fellow wedding supplier! If you’re reading this we must have worked together at a wedding, and if I’ve got any photos of your work I’d love to share them with you. Whatever you brought to the party you helped make everyone happy, which made my job that bit easier, so thank you very much! There’s a free option for social media and websites, and a Very Reasonably Priced paid option for commercial use like advertising, so check them out below and I’ll get you sorted out.
The Paid Option
I charge a small fee to use images in advertising (except sponsored social posts) or retail displays. So stuff like a print campaign in magazines, a digital campaign on Google Ads, or a physical banner you display.
The basic fee including a year of use starts at £35 per photo, and we can work out a very generous discount if you want to use several images this way. Just get in touch with the details and we’ll work something out.
The Free Option
There’s no charge at all to use them on your social media or website. All I ask in return is:
1. Always include a photographer credit. A photo credit in social media captions is perfect. On a blog, a link back to my website wherever you’d normally credit photographers is great, thank you. And if you’ve got a Recommended Suppliers page I’d be honoured to be added if there’s room, very happy to return the favour with a featured supplier post!

2. Please don’t edit the images. No filters, black & white, or basically any tweaks that change how they look. I get that some feeds have their own aesthetic but I’m proud of how my work looks so please don’t change it – thank you!
3. And please try not to crop them. Especially not square, pretty pretty please! With carousel posts it’s best to use all horizontal or all vertical – mixing them crops everything, usually square, and makes me sad… Honestly, detail shots like flowers or table settings are usually fine to crop, and Instagram crops all vertical images a wee bit anyway. But for everything else please post the full-sized image.
How To Select & Download Images
If you’ve not got the gallery link yet then I’m happy for the client to share it with you, or you can email me on owen@owenbphoto.com. If you’ve got the link just login and you should be able to download web-sized images for free. I strongly recommend against simply taking screenshots as they won’t be the best quality!
You can either download images one at a time as you find them, using the button on each image. Or, you can use the Heart button to ‘favourite’ all the images you like, and then click the Download button in the top menu bar where you’ll be able to download all your favourites in one go.
If you have any issues downloading don’t worry, it may just be a gallery setting at my end. For now just favourite the photos you want (the heart button) then email me at owen@owenbphoto.com and I’ll send them over.
Finally, please bear in mind the couple are not actually licensed to supply our work to you so for boring copyright reasons please go through my gallery to re-download your own copies. That also ensures you’ve got the best quality!

The Small Print
We retain ownership and copyright of all images in perpetuity, and may withdraw this offer to share at any time. If images are used outside of the agreed use we reserve the right to charge for such use, and/or cancel further use.
