Not everyone wants a full on all-day wedding, and that’s absolutely fine. Whatever you’re planning you’re still going to want to remember it with great photos, and that’s what I’m there for. Katie and Ed got married back in December 2019 with a small ceremony at Chelsea Old Town Hall, but what they really wanted was photos of their Battersea Brewery wedding reception afterwards. Fine by me!

Even though it was ‘just’ their reception and I was only there a few hours, Katie and Ed still wanted to get to know me first, which I loved. It’s so great to already have a bit of a relationship with you before the big day, it makes it even easier for me to just fit in like a guest on the day. So a few months beforehand we ended up bonding over a couple of hours of drinks and chatting, and we just about remembered to talk ‘shop’ before we finished up.

All they wanted was great candid photos of them and their mates having fun, and as few posey ones as possible (although I did drag them round the corner for a Battersea Power Station shot on the night…) – and the clincher of course was the promise of as much pizza as I could handle – and right enough when 10pm rolled around several Dominos drivers rocked up with DOZENS of boxes…

Right now with You Know What affecting what we’re allowed to do it’s even more popular to enjoy a smaller more intimate celebration with your closest friends and family, and have a bigger party later when it’s safer. So if that’s what you’re looking for give me a shout. I’ve got a great two hour package available, and hourly rates after that if you want a bit longer. Just get in touch to say hello and we’ll take it from there.
